Tripair is an OTA (Online Travel Agency) which forms part of Altair Travel Agency, a leading company in the tourist field since 1980.
Our offices are located at 26 Pentelis street, Palaio Faliro, in Athens. In 2012 Altair Travel expanded its business activities to Greece (through ) and worldwide (through ) concerning the provision of online tourist services.
We offer high quality services of flight and ferry tickets, hotel accommodation, car rentals, travel insurances and ancillary services.
Our experienced and multilingual personnel assist daily all users who wish to purchase tourist services, amend, or cancel them.
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Care Representative to join our Back Office team.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive & handle incoming emails
- Process amendment requests (changes & cancellations) for flight tickets
- Manage customer requests
- Offer 2nd level support to complex customer inquiries
Required Skills
- Advanced use of at least one GDS (Worldspan, Amadeus) for flight tickets issuance / amendments / cancellations
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism or Business Administration)
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Ability to work with efficiency under pressure
- Quality focus & multitasking
- Excellent team spirit, written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills
- Excellent command of at least an additional language (e.g. Italian, German, French) in written and spoken
- Previous experience in the travel industry or call center
- Experience in online / technologically advanced working environment
