Hellas Gold Single Member S.A., a well-established mining company, part of Eldorado Gold corporation, seeks to recruit a “Secretary-Receptionist” for its premises in Athens.

Purpose:

The position of the Secretary-Receptionist is to accommodate every day’s secretarial needs for a balanced and effective working condition.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
  • Undertake receptionist duties. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Secretarial Diploma.
  • Business Administration degree or Bachelor’s degree would be a plus.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Very good communication skills in Greek and English language, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • SAP software knowledge is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
