Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified Secretary for BoD, Public Relations & Investors Relations Department. Main tasks include processing documents and reports, corresponds with third parties, liaise with all internal departments

What you will need to do:

• Process, type, edit and format documents and reports for the Top Management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and accordingly inform Top Management and competent departments.
• Notify Top Management decisions to competent departments for further action and implementation.
• Liaise with internal departments and correspond for Company affairs with third parties(public ,entities, suppliers, port users and customers etc)..
• Arrange, schedule and participate in Company’s events.

What skills you will need:

• University/College Degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Previous professional experience in administrative position of at least three (3) years. Work within the legal sector will be considered as an extra asset
• Excellent planning, organizing & time management skills: ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to compose official correspondence and to communicate with public authorities
• Organizability, methodicalness
• Professionalism, confidentiality
• Responsibility, efficiency
