The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Secretary”, for its premises in Athens. The position will be reported to the Executive Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partner
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Make travel arrangements.
• Document expenses and hand in reports.
• Undertake receptionist duties
• Handling the correspondence mail

Requirements:

• Secretarial Diploma
• Business Administration degree or Bachelor’s degree would be a plus
• 2-3 years in a similar position
• Proficient user of Greek and English
• Proficient user of MS Office
• SAP software knowledge would be a plus
