As a Coffee Expert you contribute to the achievement of Business Results through co-driving the execution of Marketing and Sales activities.
- Organize internal and external trainings by working closely with Nestle sales force
- Collaborate with Nestlé Professional’s Sales Force and Marketing Team in order implement the business strategy of the biggest coffee brands (Nescafe, Buondi, Loumidis)
- Generate Ideas and create recipes capitalizing on the out of home coffee trends
- Involvement in all relevant internal meetings
- Involvement in all relevant external meetings
- Participate in Baristi Championships
- Make all necessary actions within his/her lever to ensure timely & efficient deployment of major business projects relevant to Nestle Professional brands: new launches, new projects etc.
- Tourism studies will be considered as a plus
- More than 5 years working experience as a barista; strong coffee knowledge
- SCAE certification and/or distinctions in baristi championships will be considered as a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, team player, coffee lover, impactful
- Proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus
- PC knowledge (MS office)
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Ability to travel often, Driving license
