To prepare and offer all kind of beverages according to the hotel standards and to provide friendly service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
To be aware of all cocktail recipes list, do the daily bar mise-en-place and keep at all times the work area clean and organized.
Additional responsibilities include upselling drinks and making suggestions, handling bills, greeting guests and reporting relevant enquiries and complaints.
