Mandoulides Schools is seeking candidates for the role of Operations Manager
Responsibilities
· Set strategic priorities and identify opportunities for growth in existing and new markets.
· Coordinate operations and work cross-functionally within the Institution to execute corporate strategy, to achieve savings and improve profitability.
· Understand complex business issues and technical challenges and collaborate with teams to reach project targets.
· Contribute to the drafting of the annual budget.

Basic Qualifications
· BS/BA in sciences from a Greek University or a reputable college abroad.
· Entrepreneurial spirit.
· Strong analytical ability to construct and present concise cost/benefit analysis.
· Ability to negotiate, review contracts, and close complex enterprise deals.
· Strong public speaking and highly developed interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with parents and clients
· Strong leader capable of navigating the organization with skill and perserverance.
· Highly Technologically oriented
· Ability to conduct business in English.
Extra Credit
· MBA or Master of Science in sciences from a top Greek University or a reputable university abroad.
· Understanding of key financial and business metrics.
· Experience working in a multinational organization or an establishment with a large head count or in an educational institution
