Software Developer C#, .net, interop Excel
to team up with our other staff in Thessaloniki. You will be working intensively together in a small, highly motivated team and stay in close contact with our other developers in Switzerland.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
• understand the business needs of our customers and discuss these with the product owner (PO)
• Conceptual design, further development, testing and maintenance of several existing Client Server Applications on client side in Excel with C#
• Test and verify the applications
• build setups and rollout the applications that will be installed directly by our customers
• maintain the applications, build patch releases and provide problem solutions
Your Profile
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Advantage: several years of experience in software development
• In-depth knowledge in C#
• Experience with WPF, GUI Design and Software architectures
• Deeper know-how in Excel, good MS Office skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development
• Fluent in English
• Good communication and social skills
• Independent, reliable and troubleshooting aptitude
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in the public transport sector is an advantage
