- BA Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Computer Science or any related field is a plus.
- Empathetic, creative, enjoy approaching people and able to deal with pressure
- Passionate, comfortable and amiable when approaching others
- Dynamic, far-sighted, but also solid worker
- Enjoy solving meaningful tasks
- Result-oriented
- Respectful and appreciative in communication
- Ability to think logicaly
- Excellent written and spoken German is a must (B2)
- Excellent written and spoken English is a plus (C2)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and PCYour Responsibilities:
- After 1-2 months´ training you will be part of the Servicedesk Team for our customer,
- helping to solve incidents in a friendly and user-oriented way
- Solving incidents and issues based on existing knowledge-base and standards
- Implementing and processing customer changes
