Responsibilities:
act as a liaison between the german market and the company
provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy and efficiency
ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
be able to liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer technical issues
solidify, maintain and sustain customer relations through customer service and technical support
Requirements:
fluent in German, among with excellent oral and written skills in English
genuinely excited to help customers
patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
problem-solving oriented
able to type quickly and without mistakes
