Role: Part-TimeDutch speaking Customer Advisor
Salary: The Basic net salary is 845 € net/month for 32.5 per week (plus the additional Christmas, Easter and Holiday bonus). Additional Euro 30 net p/m work from home allowance. + 132 euro net p/m for food vouchers (approx 1000 Euro net in total p/m including food vouchers). You also have around 125 euro gross performance bonus potential p/m.
Hours: part-time contracts between 20 and 32.5 hrs can be offered between operational hrs Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
The company
Our client specialises in everything that has to do with customers and contact. As a Business Process Outsourcer, the client takes over the whole customer chain. With 12000 members and locations in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Morocco, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Suriname, they have a unique combination of customer contact services with tailor made solutions for their clients. We are very excited to recruit Dutch speaking part-timers for a work from home project in Greece. This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner – who has just opened a new office in Thessaloniki, Greece – however this is a 100% remote role in Greece so no need to come to their office.
The Role
As a Customer Advisor you will represent an Energy provider for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will receive incoming calls, emails and live chat from clients in relation to energy packages, pricing calculation and invoice queries. Providing information in relation to tariffs and discuss the advantages for the client switching to this new energy provider is also part of your daily tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
- Previous customer service and /or back office experience desired
- Flexible attitude
- Computer literate
- Ability to work from home (home office and good broadband connection)
Benefits & Salary
Based on a 32.5 per week contract expect your net salary to be around 845 € net/month (plus the additional Christmas, Easter and Holiday bonus). Additional Euro 30 net p/m work from home allowance. + 132 euro net p/m for food vouchers (in total p/m approx 1000 Euro net in total p/m including food vouchers). You also have around 125 euro gross performance bonus potential p/m. Full paid training will be provided. Laptop plus 2 screens are provided to you if successful.
