On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join the dynamic and diverse team of one of the biggest multinational companies in the world!

You will be acting as a liaison between customers and the company. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, while offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Empathy, patience and a great communicator, with a problem-solving attitude, are the assets that will drive you to success!

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will need to:

  • Deliver high quality support in Polish: provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

The role of the Customer Care Specialist requires:

  • Native / near-native level of Polish

  • B2 level of English

  • Tech savvy, curious about new technologies

  • Flexibility to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (if applicable)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
