Digital Communication & Social Media Manager στη Μεταμόρφωση

to join our Brand Building Marketing Team for all METRO channels – My market, Metro Cash & Carry & Best Value. You will participate in the annual Marketing plan’s development and your target will be the continuous strengthening and consolidating of the brand.

What you will focus on

  • Participate in the planning and undertake the effective execution of the 360° communication plan to actively support the brands of: My market, Metro Cash & Carry & Best Value| Digital campaigns & Social Media Channels
  • Actively drive the strategy, the content development and planning of the Social Media channels & the Digital communication (GDN, Programmatic etc.) for the brand – be responsible for the supervision of the team members and external partners (advertising companies, Digital agency, media shops etc.)
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the Content calendar per Social Media channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok) based on the brand needs and actively support the promotional action plan (promo activations, national and local events etc.) to strengthen the brand and achieve commercial goals (e.g. increase traffic / increase average basket value)
  • Reviewing existing promotional content and suggesting improvements through campaigns data analytics
  • Analyzing the competition and working on the best feasible offering and ideas
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure that all campaigns and the customer experience are fully optimized.
  • Ensure the effective communication of the campaigns by allocating the resources to the selected media with the main objective of the best possible coverage in the digital channels (KPIs: reach / frequency / engagement rate/ impressions, etc.)
  • Managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking of results, and providing regular reports on the outcomes of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the marketing plan and ensure the establishment of the brand to the consumers.
  • Control and monitor the annual budget, allocate resources to the various projects – activities and ensure its proper observation.
  • Help establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Coach and motivate the team to constantly attain high standards of performance, contributing to their capability and leadership skills development and fostering a robust talent pipeline

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication or related subject
  • More than 7 years of work experience in Digital marketing, social media, and communication field
  • Very good knowledge of the Retail environment
  • Proven experience in organizing promotions & digital campaigns
  • Tech Savvy and Digital/ Innovative oriented
  • Excellent communication, teamwork & organizational skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinking
  • Management skills, Undertake initiatives and solving problems
  • Decision making under pressure and ability to function effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment
